[METI Hokkaido] Announcing the Tokachi Symposium: “Pioneering Regional Revitalization with GX through Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries”

The Hokkaido Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI Hokkaido) is pleased to host the symposium, “Pioneering Regional Revitalization with GX through Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries,” originating from the Tokachi region. This event aims to promote Green Transformation (GX) initiatives that coexist harmoniously with local communities.

From the Tokachi area, Japan’s largest food supply base, this symposium will showcase advanced case studies of “GX” x “Regional Revitalization.” These initiatives, led by municipalities and corporations, utilize local resources such as renewable energy, biomass, and agricultural residues.
